Ensures that Webmaster is notified of information that is to be included on the FFSB website.

Journey Coordinator: position open
Purpose: a. Works with the Club President to develop a schedule for Inbound and Outbound Journeys; b. Obtains Ambassador and Host Coordinators for Inbound and Outbound Journeys and mentors new ambassadors and hosts; and c. Ensures completion of required documentation regarding international and domestic journeys with Friendship Force International (FFI) (i.e. Payment of fees, evaluation of journeys, etc.)
Membership Coordinators: George Lehtinen and JoAnn Magistad
Purpose: Primary responsibility is to coordinate vetting prospective members by accepting applications for membership, orientating prospective members to opportunities and responsibilities for serving as a home host or ambassador, obtaining references, and ordering name badges for new members and/or replacement badges for existing members; and b. Maintains communication regarding new members with the individuals responsible for the Club Newsletter and the Club Directory,
Social Coordinators: Roberta Lehtinen and Terry Scrivner
a. Obtains member input regarding potential social activities; b. Develops an annual schedule of social activities; c. Recruits individual(s) to serve as hosts for each social event; d. Oversees publicity related to individual events; and e. Serves as liaison to Refreshment and Welcome Committees.
